I am a long time resident since 2008, and I have received very good service, etc. I plan on staying here for the first seeable ... future, anytime I have made a request, it has been handled in a very timely manner. Great place to live
I really loved living here. Neighbors were great, and the location is really nice. Right next to a nice park, great for walking ... and there's a couple of playgrounds. I had a small dog and it was really nice walking through the park and neighborhood nearby. Grocery store is right there and shopping is only a short drive, I often walked to the shopping center. Brentwood Place is a great place to rent in the St Louis area. Close to just about everything and nice neighborhood!!

Beautiful, clean, the staff is friendly and everything is taken care of in a timely manner. I've lived here for a while and I haven't had an issue that they couldn't resolve. You know a apartment community is good when the parking lot is empty during the day and full at night.

Since finding and renting at Brentwood Place, I have come to truly be thankful for my decision to live here. The staff, maintenance and neighbors all seem to have an appreciation for this complex and are working toward a common goal to keep it as pleasant and inviting as possible. Great place to live, most definitely!!
